Anesthesiologist Assistant

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Anesthesiology Assistant to join our clinical team and support the delivery of safe, high-quality perioperative care. This role is essential in assisting anesthesiologists with procedural preparation, patient monitoring, and ensuring the smooth operation of anesthesia services.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and check anesthesia equipment, medications, and supplies prior to procedures
• Assist the anesthesiologist before, during, and after surgical interventions
• Monitor patient vital signs and support perioperative care
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, clinical protocols, and infection control practices
• Maintain and troubleshoot anesthesia equipment when necessary
• Collaborate effectively with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals

Requirements

• Previous experience in anesthesiology, operating room support, or critical care (preferred)
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• High level of responsibility, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Flexibility to work shifts, including nights or weekends if required

Nice to Have

• Specialized training in anesthesiology or perioperative care
• Experience with advanced patient monitoring systems
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Advanced Life Support)
