BEL Automotive is a dynamic and growing player in the automotive sector, focused on delivering high-quality vehicles to car dealers across Europe.
As part of our expansion strategy, we are strengthening our presence in Southern Europe and are looking for a highly driven Business Development Manager to lead commercial growth in the region.
The Role
The Business Development Manager – Southern Europe will be responsible for expanding BEL Automotive’s market footprint, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth across key Southern European markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the commercial expansion strategy in Southern Europe
- Identify and secure partnerships with dealerships, distributors, and automotive groups
- Negotiate commercial agreements
- Manage and grow key accounts within the region
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis
- Represent BEL Automotive at industry events and trade fairs
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in automotive sales, distribution, or business development
- Strong understanding of the Southern European automotive market
- Existing network within dealerships and automotive groups is a strong advantage
- Proven negotiation and contract management experience
- Entrepreneurial mindset and results-driven approach
- Fluent in English; at least 1 additional Southern European language required
- Willingness to travel regularly within the region
