Skwiz ( is an Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solution designed to help businesses extract value from their documents, saving them time and money, avoiding costly errors, and eliminating frustration. 


The role

We’re looking for a hands-on Head of Growth to own and execute the commercial side of Skwiz. You’ll be our first dedicated commercial hire: the person who picks up the phone, runs demos, writes content and closes deals. You’ll work closely with a talented tech team and be at the forefront of the AI transformation happening in business software. If you succeed, growing and leading a commercial team is a natural next step, but the starting point is you doing the work. 


Responsibilities

  • Prospect, cold-call, and manage your own pipeline from first touch to closed deal
  • Create marketing content: website copy, case studies, LinkedIn posts, email campaigns.
  • Define and iterate on go-to-market strategy based on direct market feedback.
  • Represent Skwiz at conferences, demos, and partner meetings.
  • Build and nurture strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to align product roadmap with market needs.
  • Track and report on commercial KPIs to drive strategy.


What we're looking for

  • Proven track record of personally closing B2B deals, ideally in SaaS or a tech startup.  
  • Experience in a commercial role at an early-stage startup. You’ve worn multiple hats before. 
  • Comfortable writing the email, making the call and running the demo yourself. 
  • Excellent public speaking, storytelling, and communication skills. 
  • Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies and the startup ecosystem. 
  • Strong interest in AI and emerging technologies. 
  • Comfortable navigating conversations around APIs, webhooks, and how systems integrate. 
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action over planning. 
  • Fluent in English and French; Dutch or other languages are a plus.
  • Based in Belgium or willing to relocate.
