A well-established, family-backed investment group with a heritage spanning more than two centuries is seeking to appoint an Investment Manager to join its Private Equity team.

The Role

The Investment Manager will play a key role across the full investment lifecycle — from origination and execution to portfolio management and exit. Working closely with senior leadership, you will contribute to the identification and evaluation of new investment opportunities and actively support portfolio companies in delivering strategic and operational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate new private equity investment opportunities
• Lead financial modelling, valuation analysis, and due diligence processes
• Prepare and present investment committee materials
• Support negotiation and execution of transactions
• Monitor portfolio performance and drive value creation initiatives alongside management teams
• Contribute to exit planning and execution strategies

Profile

• 7–10 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, strategy consulting, or corporate development
• Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities
• Proven transaction experience with exposure to full deal cycles
• Strategic mindset with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders
• Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and comfortable operating in a long-term investment environment
• International exposure is a plus
