IT Governance Consultant Key responsibilitiesEnsure timely closure of IT internal and external audit activities by preparing, coordinating, and following up on action plans to resolve deficienciesSupport the IT Governance team on coordinating with Legal, Compliance, Procurement, and Risk teams to ensure full adherence to corporate policies, including Information Risk, Security & Crisis Management, and OutsourcingSupport the Third-Party Governance Framework, including due‑diligence activities and administrative tasks for contracting and invoicing processesMaintain and oversee the Third-Party databaseContribute to projects aimed at improving and updating governance practices and policiesKeep governance documentation current, including terms of reference and planning materialsProvide occasional support on ad‑hoc facilities management activities The profileMinimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Governance, including Third-Party management, Internal/External Audit, Procurement, or Operational ControlsStrong verbal and written communication skills with full proficiency in EnglishProven experience managing regulatory relationships
