Role: Interim Financial / Business Controller

Location: Gullegem (3–4 days onsite)

Company: Health & Wellness D2C brand builder/ operator

Responsibilities

1st Line – Brand Level

• Business controlling for (one of the key brands)
• Performance monitoring and variance analysis
• Budgeting & forecasting
• KPI tracking and margin analysis
• Business partnering with operational stakeholders

2nd Line – Group Level

• Support group business controlling
• Contribute to group financial management
• Consolidated reporting support
• Financial analysis at group level
• Support in improving controlling processes and structures

Profile

• Around 5 years of relevant experience in business controlling
• Strong analytical and financial management skills
• Able to operate both operationally (brand level) and strategically (group level)
• Dutch-speaking (Belgian)
• Willing to work onsite in Gullegem 3–4 days per week
• Immediately available (for interim/contractor profile)
