Role Description This is a part-time, hybrid role for a PMO Manager / PMO Director located in Hong Kong SAR, with some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves overseeing program and project portfolio management, aligning resources effectively, and driving business process improvement initiatives. Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, establishing and maintaining standards for project management, and ensuring the successful execution of company objectives. The PMO Manager / PMO Director will play a pivotal role in managing priorities, optimizing workflows, and achieving strategic goals. Qualifications Proficiency in Program Management and Project Management to lead and guide multiple projects simultaneously. Expertise in Business Process Improvement and Project Portfolio Management to enhance organizational efficiencies and prioritize initiatives effectively. Strong skills in Resource Management, ensuring optimal allocation and utilization of team resources. Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience with project management software and tools is beneficial. Familiarity with the sustainable product industry or similar sectors is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are advantageous.
