The Opportunity
Ready to play a key role in one of the fastest-growing segments in digital commerce?
We're looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to help scale and shape a rapidly expanding Grocery, Retail & Convenience business. This role goes beyond account management — you'll act as a strategic partner to some of the largest grocery and convenience brands in Belgium, driving long-term growth, innovation, and performance.
You'll operate at both strategic and executive level, influencing commercial decisions, building high-impact partnerships, and helping define the future of digital grocery and retail.
What You'll Be Doing
Develop and grow strategic partnerships with major grocery and convenience retailers
Source, negotiate, and close high-value commercial agreements
Act as a trusted advisor, aligning partner goals with scalable digital commerce solutions
Drive long-term account growth, including expansion, renewals, and upsell opportunities
Manage and report on accurate sales forecasts and pipeline performance
Exceed revenue and performance targets through a structured, consultative sales approach
Engage and sell at executive and senior leadership level
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure strong partner performance and execution
What We're Looking For
3+ years of sales or key account management experience
Proven background in Grocery, Retail, Convenience, FMCG, or related sectors
Strong experience partnering with senior and executive stakeholders
Fluent English, with professional-level French and Dutch
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Commercially driven, highly organised, and comfortable in fast-paced environments
Strong ownership mindset and passion for delivering results
What's On Offer
Competitive package: €70,000 – €88,000 OTE (base + uncapped bonus)
Hybrid working model:
1 day in the field
2 days in the Brussels office
2 days working from home
