MEP Quantity Surveyor

Our client, a leading engineering and construction specialist, is seeking an experienced
MEP Quantity Surveyor
to join their team on a major
data centre project in Belgium
.

The successful candidate will take ownership of the commercial management of MEP works, ensuring strong cost control and supporting the successful delivery of the project.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage commercial activities across the MEP package on a large data centre project
• Cost planning, procurement support, and contract administration
• Assess variations, manage change control, and produce commercial reports
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors
• Contribute to forecasting, budgeting, and risk management

Requirements

• Proven experience as an MEP or Mechanical Quantity Surveyor on large construction or mission-critical projects
• Strong mechanical exposure is essential
• Solid commercial acumen and understanding of project delivery
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to be based in Belgium (EU work eligibility or relocation willingness)
