Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role for the position of General Manager – Operations, based in Hong Kong SAR. The role involves overseeing and improving daily operations, managing teams to ensure efficiency, addressing customer service issues, and taking responsibility for financial planning and budgeting. The General Manager will work on-site and remotely as needed to meet operational goals effectively and ensure seamless coordination between departments. Qualifications Proficiency in General Management and Operations Management to oversee day-to-day business activities and enhance efficiency Strong skills in Customer Service and Team Management to lead teams and ensure a high-quality experience for clients Experience in Budgeting with the ability to manage and allocate resources effectively Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and leadership skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment Prior experience in a management role and a degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is advantageous
