A banking client of mine is currently searching for a Freelance Senior Strategy Consultant to lead a campaign strategy for their customer retention squad. They are working on a cross-border project to increase client retention throughout the bank. This will be a 12 Month project with a hybrid working model of 2 days per week on site in Brussels. RoleLead the campaign strategy for the customer retention divisionCreate & execute impactful retention campaigns out of the boxLead a multidisciplinary team of Data Analysts, Data Scientists & AnalystsShow resilience during a turbulent time of the projectUse a data driven mindset to come up with solutionsProvide further insights into Churn Management Profile3+ years' experience within Campaign Strategy, Churn Management & RetentionExperience of working within Sales Division of a Financial CompanyData Driven ApproachPrevious experience leading a teamShow an Entrepreneurial Mindset & Can-Do MentalityEnglish Speaking. (French OR Dutch is a Bonus)
