Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Administration & Invoicing Support professional to help keep the company sales operation running smoothly during the lead-up to the event.
This role is focused on CRM accuracy, pipeline tracking, and invoicing coordination, ensuring that sales data, contracts, and invoices all align.
You'll play an important behind-the-scenes role, supporting both the sales and events teams and helping maintain clarity and consistency throughout the sales process.
What you'll be doing
- Managing and maintaining the CRM, keeping exhibitor, prospect, and sales records accurate and complete
- Tracking the sales pipeline, including leads, verbal confirmations, contracts, and signed exhibitors
- Making sure meetings, follow-ups, and sales activity are properly logged
- Coordinating with the finance team to ensure invoices are issued correctly and on time
- Tracking payments and outstanding invoices, and supporting follow-up where needed
- Supporting internal reporting and updates on sales progress
- Providing general administrative support to the sales and events teams during the sales phase
Profil
- Experience in sales administration, CRM management, invoicing, or event operations
- Strong working knowledge of CRM systems (such as HubSpot)
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and structured processes
- Able to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
- Professional and discreet when handling commercial and financial information
