Description:
- Support the coordination of GCO programmes, including project tracking and reporting on progress.
- Maintain and update the GCO SharePoint site.
- Assist in drafting governance documents and email communications for Corporate Governance Advisors and Experts.
- Monitor the GCO's annual budget and ensure alignment with quarterly forecasts.
- Provide regular budget status reports to the General Counsel.
- Manage the processing and payment of invoices.
- Coordinate internal GCO meetings: prepare agendas, draft meeting notes, and ensure follow-up on actions.
- Handle procurement tasks including liaising with external suppliers, and managing contracts, invoices, and signatures.
- Manage the GCO mailbox and ensure timely and appropriate responses.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with all Secretariat Sections and the Office of the Secretary-General.
- Collaborate effectively with the offices of the main office holders.
- Work with the GCO team to identify and implement best practices and process improvements.
Profil
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent through relevant experience.
- 0-3 years of professional experience in a similar role.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook) and SharePoint.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and team spirit.
