Service Coordinator – Engines | Antwerp, Belgium

€4,500 gross/month I Permanent I Onsite

We are seeking a Service Coordinator to join a leading maritime engine field services team in Antwerp. This role is central to managing complex service projects for large 2-stroke and 4-stroke engines, ensuring smooth coordination between service engineers, internal teams, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day project management for multiple service assignments.
• Plan and schedule a team of 15+ service engineers, optimising resources and skills.
• Maintain operational oversight and align internal teams with client agreements.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Work alongside Key Account Managers, supporting client relationships through operational excellence.

Requirements:

• 3- 7 years of experience in this industry, coordinating the team and clients.
• Knowledge of 2-stroke and 4-stroke engines.
• Maritime or shipping industry experience.
• Strong organisational, multitasking, and project management skills.
• Fluent in Dutch.
• Based in the Antwerp area
• Driver’s license B is a must

What’s on Offer:

• Starting salary: €4,500 gross/month.
• Standard hours: Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:00.
• 13.92 monthly payments per year (including holiday allowance and December bonus).
