Workplace Manager

As part of a large-scale Microsoft 365 migration, we are looking for a Microsoft 365 Adoption & Training Specialist to support the transition of approximately 1,800 users. The organization has recently deployed new devices and collaboration tools such as OneDrive and SharePoint Online, including the migration of network drives to SharePoint Online.

The role is focused on user adoption, training, and change support. Several support mechanisms are already in place (self-training materials, change support resources, and classroom training for volunteers), and this position will reinforce and structure the training approach.

You will work closely with the existing Solution Owner and Business Analyst and act as the reference person for Microsoft 365 usage, combining strong pedagogical skills with solid technical knowledge of the M365 ecosystem.

Key responsibilities:

• Support and guide users throughout the Microsoft 365 transition
• Deliver and improve training paths (on-site classroom sessions and learning materials)
• Answer functional and technical Microsoft 365 questions from end users
• Help migrate usage from network drives to SharePoint Online
• Build and animate a community of Microsoft 365 ambassadors
• Manage user expectations and frustrations linked to group-level security and feature restrictions in a large enterprise environment

Profile:

• Strong Microsoft 365 technical background
• Excellent pedagogical and communication skills
• Proven experience in change management and user adoption
• Ability to operate in a complex, large-group environment
• French is mandatory
