We are currently conducting a confidential search on behalf of a leading international law firm for a Senior Employment Lawyer to join its Brussels office.

JOB DESCRIPTION

You will join a small, high-performing employment team advising a diverse portfolio of Belgian and international clients. The practice covers a broad range of matters, including:

• Individual and collective employment law
• Strategic HR advisory work
• Employment aspects of corporate transactions
• Litigation before Belgian courts
• Cross-border and multi-jurisdictional projects

The position offers meaningful client exposure, autonomy in managing files, and close collaboration with partners.

PROFILE

• Belgian-qualified lawyer
• 9+ years PQE in employment law within reputable law firms
• Strong technical skills combined with pragmatic, business-oriented advice
• Fluent in Dutch and/or French, with excellent English
• Comfortable working in an international environment
