We're looking for a proactive, revenue-driven Gaming Manager to take direct responsibility for dothub's gaming venue revenue. This role owns customer acquisition and revenue growth for the gaming vertical—your decisions, initiatives, and execution directly impact the venue's financial performance.
Event Organization & Activities
- Tournaments & Competitions: Organize and execute paid LAN tournaments, gaming competitions, and community events that generate entry fees and attract new paying customers
- Gaming Activities: Plan regular gaming sessions, themed game nights, and new game introductions that drive hourly bookings and increase facility usage during off-peak hours
- Social Events: Organize paid group bookings and team-building events for office teams and social groups (target: corporate clients with higher spending capacity)
- Online Presence: Support tournament streams (Twitch, YouTube) and create event-related content to attract new customers and drive event ticket sales
Revenue KPIs: Event revenue per month, average revenue per event, new customers acquired through events, repeat event attendance rate
Marketing & Customer Acquisition
- Targeted Marketing: Develop and execute marketing campaigns to convert casual gamers and social groups into paying customers
- Channel Management: Active promotion through Instagram, TikTok, Discord) to drive bookings and memberships
- Partnerships: Build relationships with local universities, entertainment venues and gaming influencers to generate customer referrals and group bookings
- Acquisition Programs: Implement referral programs, promotional offers, and special campaigns to increase customer sign-ups and repeat visits
- Content Marketing: Create and publish content (posts, stories, videos) that converts followers into paying customers
Revenue KPIs: New customer acquisition rate, conversion rate from social media to bookings, partnership-driven revenue
Gaming Operations Management
- User Experience: Ensure optimal experience (comfort, technical performance, equipment quality) to maximize customer satisfaction, repeat visits, and positive word-of-mouth that drives new revenue
- Compliance: Maintain safety, rule compliance, and community guidelines in gaming spaces to protect revenue stream and brand reputation
