We are looking for a Streaming Developer to join our team. Whether you are a Java veteran or a .NET pro, if you love backend engineering and are curious about the world of Kafka, we want to talk to you.

What you’ll be doing

As our newest Streaming Developer, you will help clients modernize their IT landscapes by building robust, scalable event streaming solutions.

• Design & Build: Develop event-driven microservices and streaming pipelines using Java or .NET.
• Innovate: Work with high-throughput architectures where performance and reliability are key.
• Consult: Translate complex business requirements into technical streaming solutions.
• Learn: Deep-dive into the Confluent/Kafka ecosystem.

What you bring to the table

You are a solid backend engineer who cares about clean code and architecture.

• Core Skills: Strong proficiency in Java OR .NET (C#). You know your way around Spring Boot or ASP.NET Core.
• Mindset: You understand distributed systems, APIs (REST/gRPC), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Communication: You speak English fluently and can explain technical concepts clearly.

The "Kafka Factor" 💡

Experience with Apache Kafka (Kafka Streams, KSQL, Connect) is highly recommended.

However, if you are a great backend developer but haven't worked with Kafka yet, we will teach you. Cymo is a hub of streaming knowledge; bring the coding skills and the hunger to learn, and we will provide the training and mentorship to turn you into a Streaming Expert.
