Regional HQ of an international Packaging B2B Distribution company

Drive the full financial agenda for a Benelux perimeter with impact to a wider paneuropean environment thanks to the local cross boarder warehouse and act as a strategic co‑pilot to the CEO and leadership team.

The role

As Finance & IT Director Benelux, you own all finance operations in a complex, multi‑country, matrix organisation.

You are a key member of the Management Team, based full‑time in Tongeren, and you shape performance, profitability and cash discipline across the region.

You will:

• Lead accounting, closing, audits, tax and controlling for the Benelux perimeter.

• Steer budget, forecasts and profitability analysis, consolidating Benelux results for Group reporting.

• Drive cash flow, treasury and financial risk management.

• Manage and develop a +15‑people finance team

• Act as a business partner to Operations, Marketing & Sales, challenging plans and supporting strategic decisions.

What you bring:

• Higher education in finance, accounting or audit, with 10–15 years’ experience in complex, multi‑site or international environments.

• Background in B2B, distribution or a subsidiary of a large group.

• Full command of Dutch, English and French.

• A decisive leadership style, combining strategic view, precision and the ability to arbitrate and challenge.
