With a major pipeline of new work secured, we’re hiring Construction Managers / Site Managers (CSA & MEP) for projects in Austria, Belgium, Italy and Germany.

The Role

You will manage daily site operations and ensure safe, high‑quality, on‑programme delivery of large‑scale data centre construction packages.

You may lead either:

• CSA – Civil, Structural & Architectural
• MEP – Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing / Process

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily on‑site operations (CSA or MEP)
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams
• Ensure full HSE compliance and a strong safety culture
• Monitor programme, productivity and progress, resolving risks early
• Oversee quality control, inspections and documentation
• Attend and lead coordination meetings (client, design, internal)
• Support commissioning and handover for your package
• Maintain accurate site records and reporting
