Role Description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Antwerp, Belgium. This is a full-time, on-site position. The candidate must already be Belgium-based and legally authorized to work in Belgium. In this role, you will support daily store operations, and ensure an exceptional customer experience aligned with our premium brand standards.


You will also work closely with our goldsmiths, setters, and workshop team to ensure seamless coordination between sales and production.


Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure exceptional customer service at all times
  • Assist in achieving sales targets and KPIs
  • Manage inventory and stock control
  • Handle administrative tasks and basic accounting processes
  • Maintain store presentation in line with brand standards
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally
  • Capture and convert leads through our online channels (website, social media, email, and chat).


Qualifications

  • Belgium-based and legally authorized to work in Belgium (required)
  • Previous experience in retail or customer service (luxury retail is a strong plus)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Fluent in Dutch, English, and French (additional languages are a plus)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Knowledge of inventory management and basic accounting principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
