We built Dalton to fix that. AI-powered continuous optimization that runs many experiments and personalizations simultaneously and improves your site automatically. No waiting for statistical significance. No developer bottlenecks. Just measurable revenue lift.


We're taking on legacy testing tools companies have been stuck with, and we're winning. If you want to help us build a brand people actually pay attention to and take market share from the old guard or status quo, you're in the right place.


Founded in 2025, Dalton raised €1M from founders who built Collibra, Henchman, Teamleader, and Aikido. We have 20+ customers seeing real business impact and strong inbound flow already. Now we need someone to turn that momentum into a movement.


The Role


We've achieved good traction with almost zero marketing effort. A few founder LinkedIn posts, one lead magnet, and 3 conferences. We have a content backlog that keeps growing and nobody executing on it.


You'll build Dalton's marketing engine from scratch. Video content, conference presence, webinars, paid campaigns, brand messaging. All of it. This is hands-on work: you'll record videos, run webinars, manage booth setups, and optimize ad campaigns yourself.


What You'll Do

  • Create and distribute video content across LinkedIn, YouTube, and other channels
  • Execute conference strategy (speaking, booths, side events, networking)
  • Run regular webinars and live sessions
  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns
  • Build content programs (blog, social, email, case studies)
  • Refine brand positioning and messaging
  • Drive thought leadership for founders and team
  • Develop co-marketing partnerships


What We Need

  • Track record building brand presence in B2B markets
  • Experience creating and distributing video content at scale
  • Comfortable on camera or on stage (or coaching others)
  • Can manage paid media budgets and optimize performance
  • Execution-focused, not just strategic
  • Experience in MarTech, SaaS, or e-commerce (plus)
  • Conference speaking or event marketing background (plus)
  • Video production and editing skills (plus)
  • Early-stage startup experience (plus)
