Data & Business Analyst

Yggra is looking for a Data & Business Analyst for one of its clients, an international company active in high-quality industrial solutions. Location: Merchtem.

In this role, you turn data into actionable insights and support strategic and operational decision-making across departments. You analyze data sources, detect trends and opportunities, translate business needs into concrete analysis projects, and map/optimize processes (sales, inventory, logistics, returns, orders). You build clear dashboards and reports in Power BI/Excel and ensure follow-up of improvement initiatives with stakeholders.

A key part of this position is pricing analytics & sales performance: analyzing price realization, discount structures, margin evolution, customer/product profitability, win/loss patterns, and sales KPI performance. You translate these insights into practical actions for sales and management and help strengthen pricing governance and commercial steering.

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Relevant experience in data/business analysis or process optimization
• Strong in Excel and SQL
• Experience with Business Central and Power BI (or Tableau)
• Knowledge of process modeling techniques
• Experience in pricing/margin/sales performance analysis is a plus
• Fluent in Dutch, good command of French and English
