🔧 Foreman Workshop – Turbochargers

We are currently looking for an experienced Foreman Workshop to strengthen a specialized Turbochargers Workshop based in Antwerpen (Noorderlaan area).

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with a maritime technical background who enjoys combining team coordination with complex mechanical work.

🛠️ Your Role

• Lead and coordinate daily workshop activities by assigning tasks and setting priorities for engineers
• Perform hands-on servicing, overhauls, disassembly and reassembly of turbochargers
• Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with quality, health, safety & environmental standards
• Diagnose faults, troubleshoot technical issues and provide expert guidance to the team and Technical Management
• Maintain workshop tools, equipment and consumables
• Support continuous improvement by implementing efficient workshop processes

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience with turbochargers
• Maritime / marine engineering background
• Previous experience in a foreman / supervisory workshop role
• Fluent Dutch (mandatory)
• EU passport (no work permit support)
• Driving license B
• Living in the Antwerpen area (mandatory)
• Available to work Monday–Friday (08:00–17:00), with paid overtime when required
