Your Role: Growth Lead (Belgium) BloomUp already has: a validated ICP (200+ employees) strong demand signals a working growth engine a clear marketing & GTM strategy Now, we're looking for a mission-driven commercial leader to step in, take full ownership, and accelerate BloomUp's growth in Belgium. What you will do 1.Drive Demand & Grow the Funnel Lead multi-channel demand generation: webinars, HR events, partnerships, content, website, email campaigns, ads,… Translate insights into campaigns that attract HR, prevention advisors, and leadership profiles. Ensure a healthy, consistent flow of new SQLs, both new and returning. 2. Improve & Scale What Already Works Refine acquisition flows using website, CRM, socials, outbound sequences and analytics. Strengthen our presence through LinkedIn, newsletters, and thought leadership content. Experiment, measure, repeat. Always learning, always optimizing. 3. Collaborate Across the Acquisition Circle Work closely with sales, customer success, and partners to build aligned growth plays. Coordinate content and design assets (Figma/Canva) with internal stakeholders. Bridge brand, content, and performance into one coherent growth engine. 4. Lay the Foundation for Future Scale Build upon the current systems and knowledge base that will support a full growth team. Improve processes for ads, SEO, partnerships, website optimization, and outbound. Prepare to grow into a CMO/leadership role over the next few years. Strong understanding of marketing funnels and SQL generation Strong communication, storytelling, and negotiation skills. Experience with a variety of marketing and sales-tools (CRMs, CMS, GMT-tools, AI, Ads, design tools, automation tools) Dutch, comfortable English (French is a big plus) Based in Belgium, available 2–3 days/week in our Antwerp office (open to hybrid) What We Offer A role with purpose, ownership, and real-world impact.
