Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Odoo Consultant to join our team on-site in Brussels. The consultant will be responsible for implementing and customizing Odoo ERP solutions for clients, analyzing business needs, and providing solutions that align with organizational goals. Day-to-day tasks include gathering requirements, system configuration, testing modules, providing user training, and offering ongoing support to ensure optimal system performance and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Odoo configuration, customization, and implementation
Strong understanding of ERP systems, business processes, and workflows
Analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in gathering and interpreting user requirements
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and user training
Familiarity with software development processes and technical abilities in Python and JavaScript (preferred)
Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Brussels in a dynamic team environment
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
Fluency in English; knowledge of French or Dutch is a plus
