Account Executive


Job Description
About the Role
Based in Belgium and reporting within Babelway, you will serve as the primary liaison between prospective clients and our innovative SaaS solutions. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing opportunities with mid-market organizations across Europe, while managing and expanding relationships with our existing customer base. Working in close collaboration with our Marketing and Services teams, you will ensure seamless delivery of tailored solutions that drive measurable business outcomes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiation and closure with mid-market customers globally
Partner with technical specialists to deliver compelling product demonstrations that address specific client requirements
Build and maintain strategic relationships with new customers while driving adoption and expansion within existing accounts
Collaborate cross-functionally with Enterprise and Network teams to deliver comprehensive, company-wide solutions
Required Qualifications
Proven track record in B2B SaaS sales with demonstrated success in customer relationship management
Strong understanding of e-invoicing and supply chain ecosystems
Familiarity with technical protocols and standards including PEPPOL, EDI, XML, and ERP systems
Exceptional consultative selling skills with the ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on revenue growth and cross-business unit collaboration
Excellent presentation and communication skills for both technical and executive audiences
Business fluency in English and French, Dutch knowledge is appreciated
Preferred Qualifications
Technical background or aptitude for understanding complex software solutions
Experience selling to mid-market enterprises in international markets
