Overall leadership and strategic management of the hotel and all departments
Full responsibility for financial performance, budgeting and profit & loss
Driving revenue, market share and profitability beyond the competitive set
Leading, inspiring and developing your team to deliver outstanding guest experiences
Ensuring brand standards and operational excellence across all areas
Managing recruitment, training, performance and employee engagement
Analysing business performance and identifying opportunities for growth
Working closely with regional teams (Operations, Sales, Revenue, Finance)
Building strong relationships with local partners, businesses and stakeholders
Acting as a visible ambassador for the hotel within the local community
Ensuring compliance with legal, safety and statutory requirements
Managing guest satisfaction and responding proactively to feedback
Collaborating with external partners and suppliers, including outsourced services
These are your talents
You have at least 5 years of leadership experience in a customer-facing hospitality environment
You bring strong commercial and financial acumen, including P&L responsibility
You have experience in revenue management and sales performance
You are an inspiring people leader who develops talent and builds strong teams
You think entrepreneurially and act with a hands-on mindset
You are confident analysing figures and making strategic decisions
You are comfortable working with IT systems and reporting tools
You have experiences working in a unionised environment
You speak English fluently; additional languages are an advantage
