Job Summary
This is an exciting, entry-level opportunity for a highly motivated individual to kick-start a career in brand management and retail key account management within the dynamic Asian beauty industry. The Brand and Channel Executive will provide essential day-to-day support to Brand Managers, focusing on the rigorous execution of sales, marketing, and channel management initiatives. This role is a foundation for future leadership, offering a steep learning curve and a clear pathway for promotion to a Brand and Channel Growth Manager role.
Key Responsibilities
Retail Channel Execution Support: Assist Brand Managers in the preparation and implementation of sales and promotion plans, coordinate logistics for in-store promotional activities, gather and analyze retail channel data, and support the maintenance of collaborative relationships with retail partner operational teams.
Marketing and Communications: Help coordinate internal and external marketing resources for campaign execution, assist in preparing marketing material briefs, and monitor competitor activities to conduct market analyses.
Forecasting and Operations Coordination: Assist Brand Managers with sales and inventory forecasting, coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to monitor stock levels and report out-of-stock risks, and process purchase orders to track shipments for efficient inventory flow.
Project and Initiative Execution: drive the planning and execution of brand and channel initiatives, including organizing and executing special promotional campaigns, product launches, and key marketing events.
Requirements
A Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration or a closely related field. Recent graduates are welcome to apply.
Prior internship experience in a relevant field (FMCG, Retail, Marketing) is a plus but not required.
A strong, demonstrable interest in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) and Retail sectors, particularly Asian Beauty trends (Korean, Japanese, Chinese beauty brands).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is essential for data analysis and presentation preparation.
Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail are critical for execution and project management.
A highly proactive, self-motivated, and enthusiastic attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Fluency in both English and Cantonese is required; fluency in Mandarin is a significant advantage.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
