We're now looking for a Tender & Contract Specialist to join our Commercial Excellence team in Belgium.
Where you'll make a difference
This role sits at the heart of our commercial operations. You will take end-to-end ownership of tenders and contracts, ensuring high-quality submissions, smooth contract implementation, and strong governance throughout the contract lifecycle.
You'll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Customer Experience, and Supply Chain, acting as a trusted point of contact and helping the business operate with accuracy, consistency, and confidence.
Here's how you'll make an impact:
Lead the full local tender process, from preparation and coordination through to submission and follow-up
Own the contract lifecycle, including setup, maintenance, pricing governance, and compliance with contract terms
Ensure accurate contract, customer, and pricing data across systems such as SAP, Model N, and CRM tools
Support post-award execution, including contract implementation, and customer-specific requirements
Track results, identify improvements, and help strengthen our tender and contract processes over time
This is a hands-on role with real ownership, combining structure, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

What You Bring
A degree in business or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in tender management (life sciences or regulated environments are a plus)
Practical experience with contract management and pricing administration
Confidence working in and commercial systems (e.g. SAP, Model N, Salesforce/Veeva)
Strong attention to detail, good structure, and the ability to manage deadlines
Fluency in English and Dutch (French is an advantage)
