The Scrum Master leverages advanced expertise in Agile methodologies and hands-on experience to support one or more teams in the effective application of the Agile framework. Acting as a facilitator and point of reference for best practices, the Scrum Master aims to optimize team performance and the value delivered. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
Proven track record of supporting teams on complex or high-stakes projects
Scrum Master / Agile certifications (PSM, CSM, or equivalent) strongly preferred
Experience in multi-team, multi-stakeholder, or transformation environments
Support both mature and less mature teams in their adoption journey and continuous improvement
Support the Product Owner in backlog management, prioritization, and clarification of requirements
Guide teams and stakeholders through Agile-related change
Contribute to improving cross-team interactions and collaboration models, facilitating decision-making
Identify, anticipate, and help remove organizational, human, and technical impediments
Act as an advisor to stakeholders and management
Foster collaboration, accountability, and team self-organization
Analyze team performance and Agile maturity based on existing metrics
Collaborate with other Scrum Masters in a Community of Practice to share experiences, coach peers, and support continuous learning

Close and transparent collaboration with team members and stakeholders
