Executive Assistant


Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant based in Hong Kong SAR, with flexibility for some work-from-home tasks. The role involves managing daily administrative responsibilities, providing high-level executive support, coordinating schedules and meetings, handling correspondence, and organizing events. Additional duties may include maintaining records, managing travel arrangements, and ensuring optimal communication and efficiency at all times.
Qualifications
Experience in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
Strong Communication skills, including interpersonal and professional correspondence
Proficiency in Diary Management and organizing complex schedules
Clerical Skills, such as maintaining records, preparing documents, and managing files
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Proficiency in standard office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
Previous experience in a hybrid work environment is a plus
