Senior Data & AI Engineer – Dutch-Speaking
Are you ready to lead the development of cutting-edge Data & AI solutions that transform businesses? We are looking for a Senior Data & AI Engineer to drive high-impact projects, architect scalable AI solutions, and mentor the next generation of data talent.
What You'll Do
Lead complex, end-to-end Data & AI projects, acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders.
Design, architect, and deploy scalable AI solutions, including generative AI, LLMs, and ML pipelines.
Transform real-time streams and advanced AI models into production-grade solutions for clients in telecom, finance, retail, manufacturing, and more.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams of architects, consultants, and engineers to deliver innovative outcomes.
Provide technical thought leadership, establish best practices, and mentor junior and medior colleagues.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience delivering Data & AI solutions, including leading technical teams or projects.
Expert in Python, with strong experience on at least one cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
Proven track record in architecting and deploying AI solutions, including familiarity with LLMs, ML pipelines, and MLOps.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and translate business challenges into technical solutions.
Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
Flexibility to travel to client locations as needed, combined with hybrid working arrangements.
