Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role for a Senior Account Manager / Key Account Manager located in Hong Kong SAR. The professional in this role will manage key accounts, build strong client relationships, oversee business planning activities, and ensure customer satisfaction. The position requires both remote working capabilities and in-office presence as needed. Responsibilities include identifying growth opportunities within accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients. Qualifications Strong Account Management expertise with proven experience working with Key Accounts Outstanding skills in Business Planning and identifying growth opportunities Exceptional Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data and drive decision-making processes Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment (remote and on-site) Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus Prior experience in account management within a relevant industry is an advantage
