PMO Manager


Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role located in Hong Kong SAR, with an opportunity for some remote work. The PMO Manager/Director will oversee and manage the Project Management Office, ensuring that programs and projects are aligned with organizational goals and delivered on time. Responsibilities include strategic planning, program and project management, resource allocation, and continuous improvement of business processes. The role also involves managing project portfolios and establishing best practices for successful project execution.
Qualifications
Proven expertise in Program Management and Project Management, including planning, execution, and performance evaluation
Experience in Business Process Improvement and a track record of implementing efficient processes
Skills in Project Portfolio Management and Resource Management, with the ability to prioritize and allocate resources effectively
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
Demonstrated ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing remote and in-office responsibilities
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a relevant field; a relevant certification (e.g., PMP or PRINCE2) is a plus
Experience in sustainable or regional development projects is considered an advantage
