Project Coordinator


Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Project Coordinator / Assistant Project Manager, based in Hong Kong SAR with opportunities for some work-from-home flexibility. The role requires coordination of project activities, tracking project progress, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met, and fostering communication among stakeholders. Responsibilities also include preparing reports, scheduling meetings, assisting in administrative tasks, and contributing to the successful execution of project plans.
Qualifications
Strong organizational, scheduling, and multitasking skills to manage deadlines and multiple projects efficiently
Proficiency in project management tools and software, with a sound understanding of project lifecycle and resource allocation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate coordination among team members and stakeholders
Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail to address project challenges and ensure quality outcomes
Experience with documentation, reporting, and preparing presentations for project updates
Ability to adapt to hybrid work environments and work collaboratively in a team
Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or a related field is preferred
Previous project coordination or assistant project management experience is advantageous
