Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Finance Director / Senior Finance Manager based in Hong Kong SAR, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The role involves overseeing financial planning, preparing and analyzing financial statements, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. The individual will be responsible for maintaining compliance with financial regulations, managing budgets, and providing strategic financial recommendations to aid business growth. Collaboration with various teams across the organization will be a key component of this role.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Financial Planning and Finance to guide the organization's financial strategies and budgeting processes
Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and ensuring comprehensive Financial Reporting
Exceptional Analytical Skills to evaluate financial data and provide critical insights for strategic decision-making
High attention to detail and a thorough understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements
Proven experience in team management and the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams
Relevant professional qualifications such as CPA, CFA, or an equivalent are highly desirable
Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial management, with a preference for experience in corporate or international environments
