Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for the position of Head of PMO / PMO Lead, based in Hong Kong SAR with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Head of PMO / PMO Lead will oversee program management activities, ensuring projects align with organizational goals. Key responsibilities include managing budgets, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement, providing strong leadership to teams, and implementing strategies to drive projects to successful completion. The role also involves monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and delivering impactful solutions to achieve desired outcomes.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Program Management and effective project delivery
Exceptional Analytical Skills to evaluate data, develop strategies, and assess project performance
Proficiency in Stakeholder Management to build and maintain productive relationships
Experience in Budgeting and resource allocation for project efficiency
Proven ability in Team Leadership to inspire, guide, and manage diverse teams
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Industry certifications, such as PMP or PRINCE2, are an advantage
Relevant leadership experience within program/project management in similar industries is preferred
