Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for an Area General Manager based in Hong Kong SAR. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations across multiple locations within the assigned area, ensuring organizational goals and performance metrics are met. Responsibilities include managing teams, monitoring operational efficiency, planning and implementing strategic initiatives, supervising daily activities, and maintaining quality standards. The Area General Manager will also focus on cultivating client relationships, training staff, and identifying areas for improvement. Flexibility to work both onsite and remotely is required.
Qualifications
Strong leadership and team management skills to oversee operations across multiple locations
Strategic planning and decision-making abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for team supervision and client interactions
Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement improvements
Knowledge of operational best practices and quality standards
Proficiency in problem-solving and organizational skills
Experience in multi-location management and hybrid work environments is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or relevant field is beneficial
