Project / Programme Manager


Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Project/Programme Manager, based in Hong Kong SAR, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Project/Programme Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing various technical and cultural projects and events. This includes overseeing resources, schedules, and communications to ensure the smooth execution of ECO initiatives. The individual will collaborate closely with team members, stakeholders, and external partners to achieve project goals and maintain alignment with the organization's objectives.
Qualifications
Project Management and Organizational Skills: Proven experience in managing projects and coordinating teams effectively.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities and a collaborative working approach.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with electronics and communication engineering concepts and relevant tools/software is desirable.
Problem-Solving and Decision-Making Skills: Ability to analyze complex situations and make informed decisions under time constraints.
Event Planning and Coordination: Experience in organizing events, logistics management, and stakeholder engagement.
Adaptability: Willingness to work in a hybrid environment with flexible working arrangements.
Preferred: Experience in student organizations or extracurricular leadership roles.
Preferred: Pursuing or holding a degree in Engineering, Management, or related fields.
