Senior Partner/Director

Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Senior Partner/Director based in Hong Kong SAR. The role includes developing, leading, and implementing strategic plans and initiatives to drive business growth. The individual will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, oversee high-level decision-making, and manage key business relationships. Responsibilities include providing strategic insights, mentoring team members, and aligning organizational objectives with overall company growth. While the role is based in Hong Kong SAR, there is flexibility to work from home for part of the job requirements.
Qualifications
Strategic planning, leadership, and decision-making capabilities
Business development, relationship management, and client engagement experience
Proven ability to mentor, manage, and lead teams effectively
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with business analytics and performance tracking tools
Ability to work in a hybrid environment with flexibility between office and remote settings
Experience in the industry or relevant field, with an advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred
Proven track record of achieving organizational goals and driving revenue growth
