Director of Strategic Planning

Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role based in Hong Kong SAR, with the flexibility to work remotely for some tasks. As the Director of Strategic Planning, you will lead the development and implementation of strategic initiatives, oversee business planning efforts, and analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategic plans with organizational goals and ensure their effective execution. In this leadership role, you will also manage resources efficiently and provide insights to enhance decision-making processes.
Qualifications
Strong Business Planning and Strategic Planning skills to develop and execute organizational strategies effectively.
Advanced Analytical Skills and proficiency in Market Research to interpret complex data and identify key trends and opportunities.
Finance knowledge to assess budgets, manage resources, and ensure financial sustainability of strategic initiatives.
Proven leadership, presentation, and communication skills to guide cross-functional teams and present strategic insights effectively.
Previous experience in logistics or transportation industries is an advantage.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, or a related field.
