Customer Success Manager


YOUR CHALLENGE
Build strong, sustainable customer relationships by introducing CheckHub solutions, including the platform, relevant training and excellent customer service.
Based on the company vision & strategy in place, you focus on customer loyalty & adoption by creating tailored engagement strategies per customer.
Onboard and manage key stakeholders for our most strategic accounts.
Act as a CheckHub evangelist and build a network of CheckHub ambassadors within our customer organizations and activate the use of our platform.
YOUR SUPERPOWER
A relationship builder and trusted advisor: as the face of CheckHub, you create trust and transparency with your customers. Together with your customers, you build a clear approach to strengthen the relationship, performance and business outcomes.
An opportunity spotter: you proactively identify and close incremental renewal opportunities. With a hands-on approach, you'll drive the evolution of CheckHub largest accounts.
A team player: you thrive when opportunities are brought to your attention. You use the power of working together with experts in order to come up with the best possible proposal for your customer.
A structured project manager: you have a clear account overview of your customers at all times.
Problem solver: you roll up your sleeves and (pro-actively activate the relevant expert to) get the job done.
A communicator: you are able to sense the room and manage your stakeholders with clear communication. You're able to communicate fluently in Dutch, French and English.
A CheckHub ambassador: you live, breathe and are able to excite others about our product.
A tech-savvy professional: you are fluent with Office 365, Notion, and Slack, and have hands-on experience with at least one ticket support tool (e.g. Freshdesk). You're comfortable navigating digital tools and can quickly adapt to new platforms.
