Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Assistant based in Ostend, Belgium. Responsibilities include supporting the sales team, maintaining client relationships, managing orders and inventory, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Assistant will assist in preparing sales materials, handling client inquiries, and collaborating with other departments to optimize processes and workflow. The role also involves contributing to the overall growth and development of the business.
Qualifications
Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
Proficiency in sales support activities, including order processing, inventory management, and customer service
Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM tools
Ability to work collaboratively in a team while also taking initiative independently
Experience in the design, art, or ceramics industries is a plus
Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous
