Initially, at least, there would be no expectation for this to become a full-time commitment or for you to leave your current role (unless you choose to do so and commit on a full-time basis).
A Part-Time Engagement would absolutely be possible โFor context, I'm personally still very involved in Quantitative Finance Projects, primarily with Investment Banks, Asset Managers and Hedge Funds.

โข Build and develop New Partnerships.
โข Build trusted relationships across the Full Spectrum of our network and interactions.
โข Serve as an operational, when needed and if you choose to, based on incoming opportunities and in alignment with your skills and qualifications. For example, if you are โ or have previously been โ a Quant Trader, a Product Owner or a Software Engineer, and one of our partners has a hiring need in that area, you may decide to step in directly and join the client yourself, rather than sourcing and placing an external candidate from the market.
โข Prioritize Quality over Quantity: Have the Humility to tell our partners, \"I don't know\" or \"This is not my area of expertise\" when a topic falls outside your own skills or the firm competencies.
