NextFiGen Advisory was created to address the growing and increasingly complex needs of highly demanding organizations โ€” many of which are requests I receive personally but cannot fully meet on my own, at the same time โ€” as one individual โ€” even though I remain genuinely interested in several of these opportunities.
First and foremost, we are not simply a recruitment firm. Initially, at least, there would be no expectation for this to become a full-time commitment or for you to leave your current role (unless you choose to do so and commit on a full-time basis).
A Part-Time Engagement would absolutely be possible โ€”For context, I'm personally still very involved in Quantitative Finance Projects, primarily with Investment Banks, Asset Managers and Hedge Funds.

โ€ข Build and develop New Partnerships.
โ€ข Build trusted relationships across the Full Spectrum of our network and interactions.
โ€ข Serve as an operational, when needed and if you choose to, based on incoming opportunities and in alignment with your skills and qualifications. For example, if you are โ€” or have previously been โ€” a Quant Trader, a Product Owner or a Software Engineer, and one of our partners has a hiring need in that area, you may decide to step in directly and join the client yourself, rather than sourcing and placing an external candidate from the market.
โ€ข Prioritize Quality over Quantity: Have the Humility to tell our partners, \"I don't know\" or \"This is not my area of expertise\" when a topic falls outside your own skills or the firm competencies.

โ€ข 2/3+ yrs of industry experience, ideally a previous 5+ yrs EXP as an operational : Quant Researcher, Data Scientist, Software Engineer, Portfolio Manager, Trader, Head of Quantitative Trading, Product Manager, Senior Recruiter, Head of Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, Head of People / CPO (if exceptional), CTO, CIO, COO ...
