Job Descriptions:
Drive the acceleration of PRUVenture program through development and execution of tools and learning & development to strengthen value proposition, create awareness, increase attraction, equip recruiters, and associates nurturing to increase scale.
Conduct competency mapping to address gaps & recommend impactful development interventions for PRUVenture leaders and associates
Institutionalize performance coaching to meet the Company's business initiatives.
Build & maintain strategic relationship with all stakeholders internally and externally
Review and ensure workflows of the PRUVenture programs are fully complied with the company guidelines and policies.
Prepare & monitor budget and manpower utilization.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor Degree or above, preferably with agency management background
Professional qualification(s) preferred: FLMI, CFP, FChFP etc
9 years or above agency management, business development or/and learning & development
Experience in life insurance industry
4 years or above management experience
Familiar with agency culture
Good knowledge of insurance industry & financial planning profession
Proficient in written & spoken English, Putonghua and Cantonese
Good analytical, interpersonal, communication & leading skills
