Product Marketing Manager

As we elevate and reposition our product portfolio for a new era, we are seeking a strategic and analytical Product Marketing Manager to help shape the commercial future for our digital solutions and software.

You will work in close collaboration with marketing colleagues, product managers, and cross‑functional stakeholders to design and execute effective (go‑to‑market) strategies that support the brand identity, market positioning, and customer engagement for our digital solutions and software.
Your Role:
Market & product insights: Conduct market research, customer surveys, analyse customer behaviour and needs, and evaluate product and brand performance to guide strategic decisions.
Go‑to‑market & campaign execution with cross-functional collaboration: Plan and coordinate in close collaboration with product, sales, and other (marketing) teams integrated marketing and product launch campaigns for our digital solutions and software. Monitor, analyse, and report on marketing and campaign KPIs to aim at continuous improvement.
Positioning, messaging & content marketing: Develop compelling positioning, value propositions, and brand messaging, and set-up and coordinate the creation of impactful content together with the broader marketing team that strengthens awareness and drives conversion.
Events & partnerships: Enhance brand visibility, ensure consistent representation, and coordinate events and partnerships with professional execution.
Pricing strategy & budget management: Support pricing and packaging decisions and manage marketing budgets to ensure efficient spending and to maximize marketing ROI.
About you:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
Experience as a Product Marketing Manager, preferably in the software or publishing industry.
Knowledge about the Belgian accounting, fiscal or corporate market landscape, is a plus.
Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse market data, conduct competitive research, and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and track multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously.
Very good written and verbal communication skills (in Dutch & English, French is a plus)
Team player with great interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
