Finance Director

Role Description
The Finance Director / Senior Finance Manager will oversee the financial operations and ensure financial health and sustainability for the organization. Responsibilities include developing financial plans, preparing financial statements, performing in-depth analysis of financial data, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. The role requires collaboration with team members to support strategic decision-making and maintain compliance with financial regulations. This is a part-time hybrid role based in Hong Kong SAR, with flexibility to work from home for some tasks.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Financial Planning and the preparation of Financial Statements
Strong Analytical Skills with expertise in Finance and related disciplines
Experience in Financial Reporting and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA or ACCA) is an advantage
Strong organizational and communication skills
Commitment to sustainability and environmental advocacy is highly valued
