Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant based in Hong Kong SAR, with some work-from-home flexibility. Responsibilities include providing administrative and personal support to senior executives, managing schedules, handling correspondence, organizing meetings, and maintaining an efficient workflow. The role also entails performing clerical tasks and assisting in coordination and communication between teams. Qualifications Strong skills in Personal Assistance and providing Executive Administrative Assistance Proficiency in Diary Management and organizational planning Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written Proficiency in Clerical Skills and general administrative tasks Ability to manage time effectively and work in a hybrid work environment Proficiency in using productivity software (e.g., MS Office Suite or Google Workspace) Previous experience in sustainability-focused organizations is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is desirable
