For one of our key clients active in the energy sector, we are currently looking for an experienced PMO Support professional to strengthen program and project governance within a strategic business and IT environment. Your Role As PMO Support, you will act as a key partner to Program and Project Managers, ensuring structured governance, clear reporting, and effective coordination between Business and IT stakeholders. Key Responsibilities • Support Program and Project Managers in coordination, governance, and communication activities • Prepare and follow up on steering committees • Consolidate monthly and quarterly reporting • Maintain and update program roadmaps • Monitor risks, issues, milestones, resources, and costs • Ensure adherence to PMO and project management methodologies • Support change management initiatives • Facilitate alignment between Business and IT teams Your Profile • Minimum 4 years of experience in PMO and/or Project Management • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2, PMI are a plus) • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Sciforma, MS Project, or similar) • Strong analytical and financial awareness • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Autonomous, structured, detail-oriented, and results-driven • Fluent in English and Dutch and/or French What We Offer at Inoxperience • A competitive salary and benefits package • A high-impact role within a strategic and international environment • Hybrid working possibilities • Ongoing professional support and personalized career follow-up • Access to meaningful projects within leading organizations If you are ready to take ownership of governance and coordination in a dynamic environment, we would be pleased to receive your application.
